We have a wonderful team who are fun, fabulous and super friendly.
Meet everyone below!
Tiffany
Tiffany is the founder here at Special Needs Solutions.
Married with two gorgeous boys, Tiffany enjoys the Gold Coast life with the great weather and great friends.
When Tiffany isn’t working or looking after her family, you can often spot her enjoying a scotch or two on the back deck.
Hayley – Occupational Therapist
Hayley is a wonderful and very passionate Occupational Therapist who keeps us in stitches all day long.
Hayley is animal mad, and it is not unusual for us to find her rolling around on the ground with the office dogs! She loves driving around in our beloved Bessie and drag racing on our bikes and trikes!
Maggie – Administration and Finance
Maggie is now in charge of our admin and finance.
Maggie is a mother of two little miracles and has lived on the Gold Coast most of her life.
She enjoys baking fondant cakes and is also a make-up artist so you could say she LOVES make-up.
Liesl – Physiotherapist
Liesl is a physiotherapist who has lived and worked all over Australia.
She has recently joined the SNS team and is really enjoying the opportunity to further her interest in children with special needs.
In her spare time Liesl loves boating, camping and exploring Queensland with her husband & three children.
Julie – Product Consultant
With a wealth of experience in product consultancy in the UK, and more recently, with special needs children in Catholic Education, Julie brings passion and a bubbly spirit to her role at Special Needs Solutions. At home, she has two lovely daughters, a wonderful supportive husband, a cat, and a “special needs” dog.
Holly – Product Consultant
Holly has joined our team as a product consultant based in Townsville! She will be offering a full range of services to those in North Queensland – including Mackay, Townsville, Cairns and surrounding areas.
Kylie – Administration/Accounts, PA for Tiff
Meet Kylie! Kylie is now part of the team as administration/accounts and will be working as a PA for Tiff.
Kylie is friendly and fun and we are so happy to have her part of the SNS team!
Marcus – Service Manager
Marcus has previously been a carer and has worked with children and adults with various disabilities. You will find Marcus is kind, compassionate and eager to make a difference.
Specifically trained on our range of equipment to carry out maintenance and repairs, Marcus is also able to assist you with product enquiries – the only question is: how long until we get Marcus in our renowned bright pink uniform!
Rafa – Office Dog
Rafa is our resident “Office Dog” and works tremendously hard – we know this because, even at the start of the day, she’s completely exhausted and needs a long nap under the desk.
Rafa then checks on all employees and their empathy by getting them to pat her. After that, she’ll then break for lunch. And then it’s back under the desk for another nap!
Milly – Office Understudy Dog
Milly gets all her on the job training from Rafa.
Which means Milly spends a lot of her time at work asleep too!
Bessie and Billy – Transport Managers
Bessie and Billy enjoy long drives and getting out and about to meet all the kids.
They were recently on “Pimp My Ride”, with fully sick rims and colourful sign writing. ;o)
They aren’t your average vans, so keep an eye out for them and give a toot!
